- Since co-founding Rushforth Media six years ago, Adam has led the growth of the company from start-up to one of the UK’s leading audiobook producers
- He oversees the creation of all audiobooks and multimedia content, recruitment and training of production staff, sourcing of narrator talent, and business development
- Adam has applied his passion for lean and innovative ways of working to create the most efficient audiobook production model in the business
